- Do not organize, sponsor, or host any events or activities.
- Do not verify, approve, or facilitate permits, licenses, or legal requirements for events or services promoted
by users.
- Are not a party to any agreements, transactions, or interactions between users on or off the platform.
Users are fully responsible for their actions, legal compliance, and safety when organizing, promoting, or
attending any activity through VIN.
<h2>2. Eligibility</h2>
You must be at least 18 years old to use VIN. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this
requirement and that you accept responsibility for all activity under your profile.
<h2>3. User Responsibilities</h2>
As a user of VIN, you agree to:
- Follow all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations when organizing or attending any in-person activity.
- Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, or approvals required by authorities or venue managers for any
gathering or event.
- Ensure that any services or activities offered through VIN comply with local standards and safety norms.
- Accept full legal and financial responsibility for any activity you initiate, promote, or join through the platform.
VIN has no obligation to provide legal advice or assist in the permit process.

By using VIN and participating in any activity arranged through the platform, you:
- Accept that you do so at your own risk.
- Acknowledge that VIN is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, disputes, or legal issues arising from
these activities.
- Agree to release VIN, its founders, employees, and partners from any and all liability related to your use of
the platform or participation in activities promoted by other users.

You are solely responsible for:
- The content you post (including event descriptions, photos, or service offers);
- Interactions you have with other users;
- Any business, promotional, or transactional activity you engage in.
VIN reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate our community guidelines, promote
harmful behavior, or are reported for abuse.
<h2>6. Intellectual Property</h2>
VIN's logo, branding, and platform design are protected intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their
own content but grant VIN a license to display it within the app for promotion or functionality.
<h2>7. Platform Limitations</h2>
VIN does not guarantee:
- The safety, legality, or quality of any activity or service;
- The accuracy or truthfulness of user profiles;
- That users will behave responsibly or complete agreed actions.
VIN operates as-is and is not responsible for any issues that occur between users, including but not limited
to personal disputes, missed appointments, payment failures, or legal violations.

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms, cause harm to other users, or use the
platform for unlawful purposes.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of VIN after changes implies your
acceptance of the updated terms.

VIN does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy, safety, or compliance of any events or services
listed by users. Participation in any activity is solely at the discretion of the user. Users are solely responsible
for evaluating and validating the reliability, legal status, and safety of any event or service before joining.
VIN assumes no liability for damages, losses, or legal issues arising from user participation in third-party
activities.
